We are certificied according to ISO 55001. This is an international standard specifying the requirements for the development, implementation, maintenance and improvement of a management system for asset management. Our certified smart maintenance and asset management concept allows us to predict maintenance. This saves cost and provides insight into the future condition.

Management in 3 steps

We manage the rail system in 3 steps

1. Condition measurement. We start with a condition measurement; this gives the customer insight into the condition of the track.
2. Preventive maintenance. Based on the condition measurements, we determine what is needed to keep the infrastructure safe and reliable in the coming 5 years. Predicting maintenance saves cost and makes it possible to optimise the life cycle. The customer will get insight into the maintenance cost for the next 5 years.
3. Maintenance document. The condition measurement is checked against a maintenance document specifying the requirements.
